Shipping & Return Policy

While we continue to navigate and respond to current events, we are committed to making the safety of our employees and community of customers a top priority. As we fulfill orders and process returns at our warehouse, increased safety precautions are being taken at every step, and we are doing everything we can to get your orders shipped in accordance with our regular schedule.

Shipping, Delivery and Returns:

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, which will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect products once they have been shipped. Orders can take up to 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. 

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska and Hawaii. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, and PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. No international shipping at the moment, but please check back as we plan to add that in the future.

Transit Time

The package will be delivered in 3-5 business days after the shipment. (They may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.)

How much does shipping cost?
FREE U.S. shipping on orders $60* or more (does not include Alaska or Hawaii)! For orders less than $60*, shipping fee is $8.50 (does not include Alaska or Hawaii)). For Alaska and Hawaii, $15 flat rate shipping fee.

* Excluding tax.

Return Policy and Process
Items can be returned up to 30 days after your order has been shipped. If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you will be refunded the full postage cost, otherwise customers are responsible for shipping fees. Simply reach out to our customer care team at info@seisojbeauty.com with your name, the product(s) you’d like to return, your order number, and the reason for the return.  And you will receive the approval number. Please send the item(s) with the return form(packing slip) in the original shipping box. Upon receipt of item(s), we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time. We will refund your purchase price and credit will will be applied to your original method of payment. (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
